Gulit was born from a simple observation: Ethiopian businesses and artisans create incredible products, but reaching customers beyond their local markets remained a challenge.
Founded in 2023 in Addis Ababa, we set out to bridge this gap by creating a platform that celebrates Ethiopian craftsmanship while providing modern e-commerce convenience.
Today, Gulit connects thousands of vendors with customers across Ethiopia, offering secure local checkout via Telebirr, CBE Birr, M-Pesa and eBirr through Chapa.
